A mindful day rooted in earth, breath, and ancient wisdom
— gently realigning body, mind, and spirit.

This one-day experience invites you to reconnect with nature, your body, and your inner stillness in a rare Jomon-inspired space surrounded by bamboo forest.

with their natural rhythm and living in harmony with love and presence.
She is the founder of The Miracle Smile Forest,
a YouTube channel with over 40,000 subscribers,

At Jomon Matama, she weaves together
movement, sound, silence, and connection to the earth,
inviting participants to return to balance, presence, and wholeness.
