A slow and immersive journey to realign body, mind, and spirit
— Guided by the earth, the breath, sound, and ancient rhythms.
In this retreat,
you step out of modern time
and gently slip into a slower, more spacious rhythm of life —
one that echoes the calm, grounded flow of the Jomon era.
We offer a safe and nurturing space
where you can truly relax,
feel at ease from the depths of your being,
and simply be.
Over the course of three days,
you will live simply, move gently,
eat mindfully,
return to the rhythms of nature,
awaken quiet wisdom within,
and reconnect with the true essence of your soul.
There is no need to hurry.
No need to force change.
This place itself naturally works on both your inner and outer world,
gently guiding you back into balance.
About This Retreat
The 2 Nights / 3 Days Jomon Retreat is an invitation to experience
the essence of Jomon life more deeply than a single-day visit.
As you spend time in this place,
feeling the energy of love and peace that has flowed here since the Jomon era,
and reconnecting with your inner stillness,
your nervous system will gradually settle.
With each passing day,
layers of tension gently unwind,
your senses become more refined,
and a quiet joy naturally rises again from deep within.
This retreat is designed for a small group of people
who value being fully present in the here and now,
who choose to be just as they are,
and who respect the space and the people they share it with.

The Space

The retreat takes place across two spaces.
